I don't really know about it making you fat but I can grantee that if you stop drinking any carbonated drink you will drop a few pounds... Dark colored sodas are not real good for your kidneys, in extreme cases people with kidney stones have been told to stop drinking dark, caffeinated soft drinks. As for the regular vs. Diet thing... True , diet has less or no sugar but at the same time it also has more salt so I guess you have to pick your poison. Good luck

diet coke, by itself, will not make you fat because of the low caloric value. However, drinking diet coke excessively is bad for you. Diet coke contains aspartame/NutraSweet, which is a drug that fools your mind into thinking what you are drinking is sweet. The composition of the drug is: aspartic acid 40%, phenylalanine 50%, and methanol 10%. Some of these chemicals will have a negative impact on your health if consumed excessively. So don't replace water with diet coke even if you don't get fat.

It does not make you fat, but I think anything in excess is bad. Diet is definitely better than regular coke though. One regular pop is like a whole meal in itself.

Most nutrition pops/soda's include aspartame or different false sweeteners. I drink nutrition soda/pop considering the fact that it's not as candy as consistent. Regular soda/pop includes manner an excessive amount of sugar, that's dangerous on your enamel and likewise your waist line

yes, and it poisons your body. the "coke" is used by cops to wash blood off the pavement and you can clean auto parts with it, imagine what it does to your body. the artificial sweeteners are poison to your body and screw up your whole system. if it has caffeine you shouldn't have more than a few a day anyway if you have trouble sleeping. you should google the ingredients for more info on artificial sweeteners.

no calories, it cant make you fat and all that crap about the bubbles is silly, you fart it out, it doesnt build up, it might be bad for you in other ways, who knows about the sweetener, it hasnt hurt me though and im almost 60.cola will stain your teeth but no more than coffee or tea, it will give you an acid stomach but no more than what coffee will, so just dont stress over it. its not worth the worry.

Doesnt directly make you fat but artificial sweeteners make your body retain fluid and thus effect your digestive system and eventually cause you to put on some weight gain.
