Sure, why not? But not with him in it. Chop off your other foot while you are at it.

Depending on what state you are in, it can be very difficult to evict someone, especially in a room mate type situation, even if there is no written agreement. Many people know this and will take advantage of the fact. If the place is solely in your name you could start your own legal eviction proceedings against him. If you are both on the lease and if you have a landlord and it won't effect your landlord/tenant relationship with him, you could go to him and ask for help evicting him-explaining how he's not paying. You could even have a computer savvy friend print you up a Document that he must move out and is not legally allowed to be there per lease agreement (if this is a fact) and that your tenancy is in jeopardy because of him. You have many options, Lock up your jeep in the meantime, but not before removing his items. Just don't destroy or damage his property as he could 'counter-sue' so to speak.

I would drive off in the jeep and empty the cargo hold into a dumpster. then park at a Friends house.go home in a taxi. Then ( if he can get in the house) each morning remove/hide all the TP, set the water tank to vacation and run out all the hot water before going to work.

I would not sleep a wink in a Jeep liberty. if it is hot and dry I'd carry a living room chair for the seashore, a pillow and a slumbering bag. I'd sleep on a pile of damaged glass and nails should you slept with me.

Your best option is to give him the address to the local homeless shelter or a phone # to a good counsler.Sounds like he has some problems & needs help. Setting fire to the jeep!!! NO, if he makes it out alive you go to jail for arson & he gets your apt. all to himself.

I wouldn't go for the fire. It's like shooting a rabbit with a cannon. Just 'loan' your Jeep out for a day or two, and park it somewhere else. Best of luck.

Only go with the "set the jeep on fire" idea if you want to be charged with either attempted murder or murder depending on whether or not he dies. Seriously though it's your jeep correct? If so then he has no right to sleep in it. WHy is it unlocked?

It's your personal property. Even if he paid rent it doesn't give him the right to sleep in your vehicle. You can lock it, or move it, or check with the police, they might be able to talk to him for you.
