Your pelvis is a bone, it can't get stronger. Strenghten your abdominal muscles and lower back. Best thing for your abs is crunches. Try to stand up straight and sit up straight all day to strenghten your back. Deadlifts also add huge amounts of back strength, but are dangerous if done improperly.
