In the USA it is required to carry ID at all times already so wouldn't this solve many problems of today

The U.N. uses retinal identification for refugees. There is no reason why we should not use it.
Putting a chip into potential terrorists or invaders makes good sense. Illegal aliens kill over 9,000 Americans a year and over 70% of illegal aliens are arrested around 6 times for criminal offenses.

it is Not required to carry ID at all times and shouldn't be. An implanted ID wouldn't work, we are not animals.

would a tattooed star solve the Jewish problem in Germany? whoever said retinal scans, are you aware that the clinical effects of retinal imaging are classified, sounds risky to me
