Ok, too many eggs aren't healthy for your cholesterol anyway. Avoid bread if you are on a diet ( bagels, toast, muffins ) unless the bread is whole wheat. If you do have toast, use all fruit not the sugar laden jellies.
So, get some healthy cereal and you have lo-fat milk with it and add a banana or blueberries ( you can buy a frozen bag of berries, and take out what you need, keep the rest frozen ), or whatever fruit you like.
You can make awesome smoothies, with fruit, lo-fat milk, some wheat germ ( found in the cereal aisle) and change the flavoring a lot so it doesn't get boring.
Avoid the breakfast bars, they are handy and fast , but usually filled with a lot of sugar and artificial ingredients you don't need.

Ooohh Pancakes are yummy. Fresh fruit is nice to, toast can easily become boring but nice for a change, Yogurt is good but not filling on it's own. Oats cooked up to make porridge is nice on a wintry day. French toast is a nice variety to just eggs. Lots of variations for breacky. Try to have something different every few days so you don't get a chance to get bored of something.

Have a quesadilla! Slightly warm a flour tortilla until it is soft and pliable. Lay the tortilla flat and sprinkle shredded cheese and some diced onion on half of it. Fold the tortilla over the cheese and set it on a hot griddle (or heavy pan over medium heat). Toast it on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is as crisp as you like it (some people like them floppy, some people like them very crispy). You can add a few dashes of hot sauce if you like!
If you had leftover chicken or beef in the fridge, you could add that, too!

You need the protein from eggs to keep you going. Never cut down on proteins.
Cereal is almost all carbs. Carbs turn to Sugar and then to Fat. Same with Pancakes.
Stick with eggs, just try preparing them different ways.

have a piece of toast with maybe a small serving of baked beans so you're getting your protein intake, then a piece of fruit.
Or you could try some chopped up banana or other fruit in some low fat / fat free yoghurt.
Why not try adding a small glass of juice with no added sugar or a nice cup of herbal or black tea. The choices are endless.......

A smoothie or milkshake can be very filling.
How about plain old toast or some fruit?
