abso-freakin-lutely. Because any bad comment about her physical appearance will make her uncomfortable and insecure...and thats not good. Always compliment her. but dont compliment her entire body, pick little things that you like and say something about those, and of course her entire body. it will make it seem like you pay attention to everything about her not just her body in general.

That depends, what do u plan on saying, if you say something sweet and caring, like what luscious hair, oh my god, i want nothing more than to make out with him then and there, but if they say something like, wow ur super skinny, i want to throw my flowers in his face, yell a few 'choice' words and storm out of there! ;)

i think it really depends on the girl
i think some girls might be offended or think that's sketchy
it depends on what part of her body you are complimenting
if you compliment her eyes or her hair or something like that, that's okay, but if you compliment her thighs or booty or boo*s then she might get upset
