Ok what I do is following my instinct.. but I know a way in which you can practice. Buy some bubblegums that are packed in paper like tridents. put the bubblegum in your mouth with the paper and everything and try to unpack it with your tongue... when you manage to do that before the paper gets all wet, you would be a very good kisser....
Remember not sticking your tongue so deep!! you are just massaging and having fun with each other's tongue.
