wait till yu go to bed and take a strip of scotch tape and under thew covers touch it to yur butt hol e ? if yu have pinworms some will be on the tape and will be wiggling!!proves yu have them? they got pills for that stuff!

its called, lack of cleanliness...take a shower home boy.
you've probably noticed your butt smells too...go shove a bar of soap up there...untill your alllll bubbly clean. :)

you have a bacteria in your butt skin , maybe you got it in sitting in the dirty toilet seat.. my advice to kill the fungi in your butt is to APPLY A CANESTEN CREAM OR SPRAY, you can purchase it in the leading pharmacy in your town.
it's very effective in killing fungi.

it is either because of worms, or hemorides, either way I would see your local doctor, (could also be a bum rash)
