I never had cellulite until I got pregnant...when I get back to my regular exercise routine will it tone back up?

Get off the computer and exercise? I'm in the Army...my idea of exercising can't be done at 8 months pregnant...especially not when I'm already dilated. I do more exercise than my doctor is allowing at the moment...

Technically, no. However, you can minimize its appearance.

Cellulite is fat cells that are meshed together with a fibrous connective tissue. Fat cells do not disappear and cannot be rid of once created. Yeah, yeah, I know you can get rid of them through surgery, but let's ignore that option for now.

Think of cellulite fat cells as grapes. You can have plump, over-ripe grapes when you're overweight or have them shrivelled up little raisins nubbins. Put over that a later of epidermis, which like a sweater can show the grapes you're carting around (which looks like cottage cheesy cullulite) or almost nothing with raisins.

I think what you're asking is whether you can reduce the appearance of cellulite. Yes you can, through exercise and disciplined diet. However, it is going to be more difficult than before your pregnancy because - well - your body grew "grapes" on some choice spots of you to make sure you can feed your child. Also, you may not completely elminate the appearance of cellulite... but that's part of getting older.

So... good luck on your journey of exercise and diet. You can do it and be "smokin' hot mama" in no time.

Dimply skin from cellulite is genetic, however it can become much more obvious because of promoters like poor diet program, a sedentary lifestyle, not drinking enough water, hormone changes, and greater unwanted fat. The dimples are there because of fat cells pushing on the vertical connective tissue.

Cellulite creams, supplements, along with other remedies are not good at eliminating dimply skin from cellulite. The top tactic is to eat healthier foods via a lot of fruit and veggies, and implementing a solid exercise program that includes both cardiovascular and strength exercises.
