So i have a hot tub party coming up saturday, and i want to look as good as possible. I'm not fat i kno that, but i really want to get a bit mor ein shape and toned up for the party and just in general. waht can i do this week and in daily life to look more toned? Main issue i have is my stomach. everything i eat goes there instead.

You're not going to get a radical body makeover in a week unless you go all out with exercise and dieting. Here's my top tips:

1. Cut down on your salt intake. Cut down your hydrostasticity - which is a fancy way of saying press out some water out of your cells. Have more home cooked food without salt on them and cut out the packaged foods. Depending on your size, you can drop a few pounds just by cutting out water. Your fat cells shrink a bit and this helps with definition. Believe it or not, drink MORE water because drinking water will help flush out salts and other toxins. Net-net, you'll retain less water. However, don't go overboard as drinking gallons of the stuff doesn't give you any more benefits and you end up on the potty all day.

2. Eat less, better and more often. I'm not suggesting that you go on a crash diet, because you'll need to pay the piper next week and the rest of your life as your body tries to correct your "starvation week". Instead, just make sure you're eating right, in the right portions and more frequently. You can constructively and healthily lose about 3 pounds in a week.

3. Sauna. Sweat contains salt. If your gym, condo or friend has one - go for a few sweaty sits in the hot cedar room. Relaxing and easy.

4. Do compound exercises. While you're not going to build muscle, you can tighten up. Do composite exercises like running, swimming, aerobics, tennis et cetera to tighten up your muscles all over. While you're not going to drop a lot of size, you're going to look better as your skin, muscles and tendons will be primed a bit more. In other words, you're going to be less "jiggly" where you don't want to be.If you do want to go gonzo on the exercise in order to look great, stick to aerobic exercise. In this case, quantity is better than quality. Do some sit-ups and crunches, but you can't burn away your tummy fat by doing that alone. Supplement with oblique workouts - side sit-ups, crunches up to alternating knees and reverse sit-ups. Again, this is to tighten up the area and your abdominal wall flatter, firmer and the connective tissues more... er... connected. In other words, you'll look a bit better than if you didn't.

5. Tone up your mind. Remember, don't build an obsession on how you look. People who were interested before will still be interested and people who you're trying to attract/impress will be more apt to note that you're having a good time and fun to be with rather than go all mental about your stomach.

You can't get toned in a week.

Only thing you can do that will show in a week is starve yourself until then. The plus side is that you will look skinier in a week. The down side is that your body will go into a starvation mode and store everything you do eat afterwards as fat, which will just compound your problem in the future. Your body will also be forced to feed on itself because of the lack of nutrition, which can cause all kinds of health problems.

That being said, your best bet is to simply begin a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise program) this week. You will get toned and healthy over time (and do it in a healthy way), and then you won't have to worry about crash diets and toning programs in the future.

In a week? lol....bootcamp style only. 45min of any cardio excersice till the day of the party. portion control and stay off the sweets !!!

If you go red on bottom i suggest a VERY white blonde colour for the top. and if you go red on top i sugget a blue/black or a dark purple for the bottom. dark colours to contrast but with a little kick ;)

you need to travel at nearly the speed of light so that time slows down for you (relative to them). See "theory of relativity" for full details on how to do this.

Otherwise i think you should have started about 3 months ago.
