The sandy beach resorts of Northeastern Brazil. Great food, warm and welcoming people, fantastic views and scenery. What's not to like about it?

San Francisco, CA - a beautiful city by the sea! A big city but actually it is very easy to get around and a lot of it by foot. Tremendous restaurants of every culture and flavor. Never have a day of high humidity -mostly on the cool side ( 50 to 70 degrees F-most of the time) but plenty of sunny days. Italian restaurant row is of great fun and flavor. A very large China town with some fun things to see and experience. Visit Alcatraz Island only a short boat ride away. Sports a plenty ,museums, parks, etc.

Depends what kind of weather you want and what you want to do. I would say Victoria, Canada for relaxing and a little sightseeing and other great things. The caribbean is good for the warm tropical beaches though.

Europe, take the train through the ALPS. Take a train through the Canadian Rockies... so awesome meet so many great people... and the sites are spectacular. Though if you are looking for hot tropical beaches and water, Barbados is awesome and inexpensive.
