Some girls are unable to have them... I mean physically. If your girl can't acheive an orgasm by herself then this may be the case. However just because she's incapable of having an orgasm doesn't mean she's not enjoying it.
If she can get one on her own, then it could be a few other reasons... Most of the time it's a mental thing. If you're her first, then she's kinda new to the sex thing and she's probably just nervous and is kinda shy about letting herself go. I dated a girl that would stop just before an orgasm because she got really really really wet as she had an orgasm. The reason she stopped is because she thought i would freak out if i saw (the first guy she was with got grossed out). After awhile she trusted me enough to let go and just let it happen.
Just listen to her, find out what she likes and it will come eventually...be patient...If it doesn't, at least you know she likes it enough to keep sleeping with you, you know?

Tom some of the information you gave in your question was a little to personal. I can tell you that it is not you and don't give up on her or get frustrated. When a woman can sence that your frustrated then it will not ever happen. Some people just don't feel comfortable or relaxed when they are with someone. They are used to taking care of it themselves. Also for example: When my boyfriend trys to give me one, it feels way to damn good and I don't want the feeling to stop. It is never that intense when alone. If she is comfortable enough and you don't have a issue about it then let her do it in front of you. The longer you are together also you get to feel comfortable with your partner and get a feel for what they like and want. From personal experiance, if she has something on her mind or is tense that can cause her not to have an orgasm. It sounds as if you know what your doing, however have you tried perhaps extra foreplay? Letting her have control? Roleplaying? It sounded like she can only get partically close to having an orgasm from getting it doggy style, so i'd suggest that position. Get her into it&wet or lubricated, if she likes it rough...that's the only way i can think of how to get her off. perhaps have her play with her clit while your having sex with her...some women can only get off by having their clit stimulated. See if any of these ideas work.

You're trying way to hard. You can't force her to orgasm when she gets it you will know unless she lies just to make you feel better about yourself. for some women it takes a while for them to begin having orgasms. also, don't try just sex, sometimes a massage or some sensual kissing and touching can do more for a woman than actual sex can. ik i made one of my gf's have an orgasme over the phone simply by talking.

The only way I could with my first was when I was on top of him grinding him while we were having sex. That always worked for me.
My first time it took me a long time before I could orgasim. Dont get discouraged it has nothing to do with you. She just needs time to figure out her "spot". Have fun with it while you are trying to figure it out. LOL
