Jesus only responds to the prayers of believers. The only prayer of non-believers that Jesus responds to is a prayer repentance na asking Christ into your heart.
If you really want a society void of all concepts of Jesus, there are some countries you can go to. There's North Vietnam, Communist Red China, Cuba. Then there's lots of Muslim countris that don't have a love for Jesus. Non of these counties have much respect for human rights, but you can't have everything.

I don't know if that's necessary . Myself , I think if Jesus were to return today he would be an atheist and spiritualist and find it necessary to admonish all the followers of his tainted legend rather than having better sense and living in educated principles .
but he never was depicted as promoter of zombies and he will not return from death either in reality.
