Sherri P is correct when discussing a Standard Drug test. Perhaps I was mis-informed but in the few pharmacology classes I took any medication is detectable in your system depending one the type of test and whether it is tested by urine, blood or hair for up to 30 days. Each day the level of the drug in your system decreases. As I understand it, after 4 days on a Standard Test (urine) the drug is basically not (not non) detected.

48 to 72 hours with a lot of variables.
If you carry a good amount of fat cells in your body it takes the lorcet longer to clear so probably towards the 72 hour mark. If you are leaner less time to clear. Of course if you flush your body with lots of fluids it will leave your system faster as well...Hope this helps. Am a nurse and have looked this up on the internet before myself and this was the answer I found.
