Check at Walmart in the electronics department, since that is basically their house brand. But, I would also check to see if a universal charger would work.

In the electronics dept @ the walmart supercenter in Vandalia, OH they sell a device that costs less than $10. It's a universal adapter and it enables you to power devices that normally require a specific cord (based the devices' Volt amount). Example; when I charge my XM Radio 'SportsCaster' it requires a 100-120V power adapter to plug into the wall. The device I speak of is made by Magnavox or Phillips.

do what I did, go to walmart and by a multiple adapter wall charger
you get like 10 adapters and the plug itself has about 6 different voltage settings. I believe your dvd player operates on 9volts dc and the picture on the side shows which plug in adapter to use.
you can get the adapter for less than $20 and you can use it for other dc electronics you may have.

Also check your owners manual.
But if you bought a durabrand it was probably really cheap and probably won't last much longer. Go buy a new one!

You should be able to use a universal charger. Check the voltage polarity and connection. Radio Shack or similar should be able to help.
