Oh no...I feel you are perfect. I guess you have to work towards maintaining it at that rather than trying to lose. Try to be as active, healthy and fit as possible. Good luck

I don't think that is too much. It really depends on how muscular you are? Muscle weighs more than fat you know.
If you only need to lose 15 lbs, start working out with weights & eat only fruits & veggies Plus 1 cup of oatmeal & 1 cup of brown rice a day. NO MEAT or dairy. for 9 days
you'll loose any excess weight

Actually, weight is probably the least relevant measurement of your fitness level. Body fat is much more accurate and better way to judge how much weight you should lose or gain. If your body fat percentage is below 15% but above 8%, you're in great shape for a guy your size. There're several ways you can measure your body fat %, the easiest and cheapest being the US Army way. You can get the manual at www.army.mil/usapa/epubs/pdf/r600_9.pdf. It will give you easy instructions on how you measure your body fat.

i am two inches shorter than you and 7 pounds heavier, i am kinda chubby but that should be a very healthy weight for you. If you really want to lose weight, which you don't need, excersise more, eat the same though.

No, that is not a lot. But if YOU think you way to much, I personally think you should work out VS going on a diet. but no that is not a lot for a man your size
