major religions say the deeds either bad or good must be intentional.that is what even the criminal law says.a person is not responsible for the acts done which were not done intentionally and when he was in pathetic condition., which is beyond his control.

people with mania can probably experience religiousity better than any of us :) As far as depression, Christianity is MUCH more than religiosity. It is a belief that Christ is savior, not an experience. Even depressed people can (and DO) believe that Christ is savior. In fact, I know several Christians with bipolar disorder.
However, let's take a different disorder, mental retardation for example. I honestly don't think that people who cannot believe because they do not have the mental capacity will go to hell. I can't believe a just God would allow that, and I am with all those who wouldn't want to worship a God like that.

"God" exists in numerous different religions. Maybe you should make sure of the information you have before you ask a question like this. This isn't true of all religions. For example, in Islam, if a person is mentally challenged, that person goes straight to heaven. I'm sure other religions follow that as well.

I have always blamed myself for being neurotic. People will have the attitude that one is just being wrong. People can be so right and wrong oriented when it isn't nearly that simple. I am seeing my doctor tomorrow to tell him that the Zolocks I have been taking is not effective. I am lucky that he is very professional and I hope that I will not worry about his non-professional judgment as I have. In fact worrying about judgment is the whole problem.
Certainly, morality is needed. We need some degree of guilt to keep us from repeating mistakes. But we also need to see these things as problems to work on and not just a matter of being wrong.

Well, how do we know that?? In fact, why would we even think that God punishes people for or with brain malfunctions? I get the idea from the Bbible that it is the wretched whom He loves most.
We people, on the other hand, are much less caring, accommodating or forgiving, unless perhaps the afflicted person is in our immediate family.

God does not condemn anyone. People manage that on their own. As for those who are mentally challenged, God loves them very much. Being deficit is not a sin. In fact, they are more innocent than you and I.
It was the reformers like Calvin who influenced most of Protestantism, he invented a mean condemning god, and it shows in Q&A.

I forget where exactly where it was, but there is a scriptue that basically says that people were born that way so they didnt have to choose God. They basically get a free ride. But thats just my impression.

God is merciful. I don't believe that God would condemn anyone who went through this. Just my opinion.
