The world is full or wonderful flavorful cuisine that uses no Pepper (Black, Red, Green, White, Pink, Purple, whatever!) whatsoever!
The problem is that when you tell someone you don't want spicy they think you want it bland ... when they can use garlic, oregano, nutmeg, onion, stock, ...... a whole world of flavor, just no heat.
