In order to have a connection to wireless (wifi), you must have a wifi hardware ... most laptops are equipped with wifi if they are 3 years old or newer. Otherwise you can get a PC wireless card, or you can get a USB or orther card for a desktop. Just using software won't do it.
If you already have wifi hardware, then the driver that came with it should be all you need to connect.

whats wireless internet software lol...
I guess if u wanted you could go to like netgear.com and download drivers for stuff you don't have, that might qaulify as wireless internet software
