A lot of kids get oral herpes because someone with a cold sore, like perhaps an aunt, kissed them. Happens all the time. You should be careful and learn about it because you can pass it on to someone else.
You'll want to see a dentist about the wisdom tooth -- in the old days, people died from them because an infection would go to their brain and kill them. If it's not coming in correctly, it will need to come out.
Given the combination of things you have, I think you might have a vitamin deficiency, or you might be really run down from bad nutrition. You might want to think about what you're eating and how it's affecting you. Perhaps you need to eat more fruits and vegetables and concentrate on a healthy diet, and also take a vitamin pill every day. The cold sores might be from stress, but the combination of everything sounds like you might have a lousy diet.

First off, there are two types of herpes, only one of them is normally sexually transmitted. The other is the one that causes cold sores. It's a virus, like the flu, and can be transmitted the same way. It lays around dormant and in times of stress flares up. The physiologic stress of your wisdom teeth coming in probably caused the herpes to flare, leading to your cold sores. Use abreva for the cold sores, then get to the dentist. Also, for the strep, are you sure you have it or do you just have a sore throat? If you have strep, you really should be on antibiotics. Untreated strep can lead to heart problems.

For the Cold Sores- have something cold to drink or put some ice wrapped in a cloth on it. Eating popsicles can also help the cold sore go away, but avoid drinking lemonade and orange juice because citrus drinks can irritate the sore. Your cold sore will go away eventually, so don't panic. Whatever you do, don't pick at the sore - that'll just make it stick around longer.
Strep Throat- Do what the doctor says. medicine and all that yummy stuff. =/
As for Wisdom Teeth- I really dont know much about them. I know that my brother had to get his removed.
For the Pain- I would suggest Advil Liquid Gels. They give fast relief.

For the cold sore, apply Brevia (sold in drug stores) and for the dental problems, call a dentist. You can also use Oragel or any thing specified for babies gums. Good luck. This won't last forever, so cheer up and have a good night.

Get to the dentist as soon as they open . . .
The sight of you should make the staff super empathetic
And get you in as fast as possible.
