if i can visit home within a certain time, also i need to get a medical but where do i get this done.

right i think that once i get my visa i wont be able to return to the uk for 2 years unless there is a death in my family. Also ionce i get my visa i need to get a medical. I am not sure if i get one from my doctor or do i need to get on at the london embassy?

Once you receive the fiance visa, you must marry within 90 days of arriving in the US. If you change your mind, the visa expires and you go back to the UK still single.
If you need a medical exam for the visa, you must have it with one of the embassy's panel physicians. They will tell you how to make the appointment.
Once you are married and have requested adjustment of status to get your green card, you shouldn't leave the US until the card is actually in your hands. If you leave, CIS considers that you have abandoned your adjustment request. Or you can request advance parole, which is permission to travel and return to the US while your green card is in process.

If he plans to marry here and shop on with for adjustment of status as an immigrant, he would desire to enter as a ok-a million Fiance. you could attempt to bypass around this rule, it happens all of the time, yet once you do and that they don't have faith you, you possibility having them say he entered below fake pretenses and can't alter.

you can go to her reg. docs to get this done, or yours in the u.k...
send all the info to where you got the visa.
Since, 911 our boarders a getting very tight, and less and less will enter the states. Canada and our boarder you need $99.00 to get a passport to got there, in the old days.. you can go there without a passport. so, it is getting tight. Also check the iner net, for more info.

not sure what the question is...but i should think that going to a doctor would help with your medical
