No matter how much I eat and exercise, I never get any meat on me. I do get biceps, but nothing else. And if I don't exercise and eat a lot, I end up getting a belly :(

Well just keep the biceps, and continue to do sit ups. Every ones body is different. You just have a good metabolism. Be content with who you are. I would rather have your problem, than several of mine.

This is a "high class" problem.
Imagine yourself at 30. Now imagine your friends.
You'll be fine.
Also, I've always liked a skinny dude. Look at all the rock-n-rollers. Mostly skinny.
Wear tight clothes and show it off. Look at that adorable guy Kate Moss just married for fashion tips for skinny guys.

eat healthy food. you will gain weight as long as you are eating over 2,500 cals a day. drink ensure after every meal. drink plenty of water. but most of all, consult your doctor. he/she can help you to better find a way to gain weight. also they will make sure there is nothing wrong with you physically to prevent you from gaining weight (such as hyperactive thyroid). fast food is not the way to gain weight. it will make someone gain weight, but you will also shorten your lifespan.
eat a lot of chicken, tuna, beef jerky... etc. eat 2 grams of protein per pound (that you currently weigh). work out 3-5 times per week (strength training). peanut butter, dairy (ice cream is good), protein bars, etc.... eat 6 meals a day to keep up with all of this.
it's expensive, but if this is what you want, then this is how its done. i wish you all the best in your (HEALTHY) quest to gain weight.

You may be excercising wrong. If it really means that much to you, I'd invest in a trainer or go to a gym with that sort of program.

I have a nephew with the same problem. Just be happy that you're healthy, a little thin is better than fat!

Either you gain muscle or fat when you eat. It's up to you.
