It matters to begin with. But its not the be all and end all of a genuine relationship. What is essential for a genuinely loving relationship is that the two people involved "click". I can't define this "click". But when they do "click", they feel like they can spend all day and night talking to each other. They feel an enormous amount of tenderness for each other and care deeply for each other. They will go to extraordinary lengths to make their relationship work.
Even the best looking woman in the world cannot make this chemistry, the "clicking" happen.And I have seen average looking women can look beautiful when they is in a genuinely loving relationship. Its one of the best things in the world, a happily mated couple and it always makes me happy and wistful(for myself) to see them.

You know Mara D, I was always attracted to pretty girls and thought I could never love anyone who does not looks very cute and fair etc.
But when I met someone not that good looking in conventional sense, I slowly fell in love with her. Though initially I thought I am not going to have anything to with her. With time she looked to me like the most beautiful women around.
So I think, looks matter when you meet someone first time. After that it is the personality which matters most.

I think mature men fall in love with women who are kind, loving, considerate, appreciative, admire them, are warm, and have confidence in themselves. That's true beauty.

I wouldn't think so. I know a lot of attractive guys with very unattractive women.
Same is true in reverse as well, of course.

Are you an American? Because considering that 2/3 of the people here in the united states are overweight...and the majority of women in the US have had dates, boyfriends, been married, have children...I doubt that being overweight is a downfall of the masses.

yea a little bit.
i fell in love with a girl but she wont all that pretty but she wont ugly neither.
but she was cute and feminie. she was nice and short, had little hands and feet, cute face etc.
so i was still attracted to her every time i seen her and my di.ck got hard all the time from looking at her and i was soooo horny i almost had to rape her a few times lol

when you date yes it does. when your married, not so much. any normal guy is going to be fine with you gaining weight, but if you start being rude then it will not last.
