Try to learn from the mistakes, and learn to pick up on red flags in the future. If it smells like a turd it's probably a turd.
Get positive things back into your life. If you have hobbies or interests then take time to pursue them for a while.
Ask what you can learn about yourself to avoid this from now on.

You move on. Get completely away. Learn to say know with confidence and understand that someone who loves will not require the awful price of disrespect to you when you say "No" to something because it brings you pain.
The best way is to pray and realize your personal worth to God and accept Jesus into your heart to heal your wounds and restore your soul. God will give you the ability to forgive your offender and let go of the anger and bitterness and the strength to endure persecutions when you cannot escape the situation.
