I've been wondering that for a long time, just not this particular question. The Bible says "in the beginning, in seven days, everything was created" so were adam and eve living with the dinosaurs?

There were other creatures that were on earth before man. The birds, animals and fish were here first. as a matter of fact, man was one of the last things God created. Dinosaurs do appear in the Bible, most notably in Job 40-41. He mentions a behomath and leviathan. The word dinosaur was not coined till a century or so ago. So, i believe the dinosaurs were wiped out when the flood happened.

Here`s the Bible view of Dinosaurs... In The Book Of Job , 40 - 15 : 24..Behold now "behemoth" , which I made with thee ; he eateth grass as an ox . Lo now , his strength is in his loins , and his force is in the navel of his belly .. He moveth his tail like a cedar : the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.. His bones are as strong pieces of brass ; his bones are like bars of iron .. He isthe chief of the ways of God : hehe that made him can make his sword to approach unto him ..Surely the mountains bring him forth food , where all the beasts of the field play .. He lieth under the shady trees , in the covet of the reed and fens .. The shady trees cover him with their shadow ; the willows of the brook compass him about .. Behold he drinketh up a river , and hasteth not : he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth .. He taketh it with his eyes : his nose pierceth through snares ...... Behemoth ? This is a pretty good description of a " dinosaur " .. Take the time to read Job , Chapter 41 for a complete description of " leviathan " , a giant sea creature ??( Also , enlighten yourself by reading Psalm 104 - 25 : 27 ) ..... Only a non - believer as you would be jealous of an animal !! True Christians do not covet anyone or anything !!

Depends on their particular church doctrine. I will not mention specific churches, but some churches teach their sheep that dinosaurs never existed and the fossils were planted to fool people. My sister holds this belief. I was a member of a fellowship who did believe in God and the scripture, but also science. We did not deny the dinosaurs and felt that those who did were not accepting reality. We were not afraid to admit that we did not understand them or how they existed before man, but we just said we did not know and did not have the answer to that question.

I am a Christian, and here are my views on dinosaurs

- I was fascinated with them as a boy. Used to always picture Allosaurus stomping about, chasing brachiosaurs.
- I believe they were descended from archosaurs, like crocodiles, caymans, and alligators
- Many of them had feathers, particularly the smaller forms like velociraptors, deinonychus, etc.
- They came in two varieties: the saurischian (lizard hipped), and ornithischian (bird hipped) varieties. The former included T-Rexes and apotasaurs. The latter includes Maiasaurs and Iguanadons.
- I don't consider them extinct, since birds are descended from theropod dinosaurs.
- I laughed like heck when the dinosaur ate that lawyer off the toilet in Jurassic Park. But people looked at me funny - I don't think I was supposed to laugh.

Do you really think God is constrained by TIME?! He exists outside of time (the same reason the "If God knows everything, then free will doesn't stand up" arguments don't work).
If you were to attempt to wrap your little created head (and I mean that for every person, including myself) around creation, it would explode. Seven days (Eden) helps us mere mortals to understand the beginning.
Personally, I love dinosaurs. When I was a kid, I wanted to be an archaeologist.

Why would people who have been created in the image of God be jealous of an animal that has no such distinction? As to what Christians think of Dinosaurs, I think that they co-existed with mankind and became extinct like a lot of other animals did after the flood.

According to Genesis 1:21-23, water animals were created on the fifth day; according to Genesis 1:24-25, land animals, as well as man and woman, were created on the sixth day. Thus, according to the Bible all animals were created at approximately the same time. There were no long ages when man was not present and when dinosaurs ruled the earth. The Authorized Version utilizes the word "dragon" sixteen times, all in the Old Testament, rendering two Hebrew words which mean "sea or land monster."

Human & Dinosaur Fossils. Human bones and tools coexist in the same fossil layers as dinosaur bones in Texas and the Dakotas.

Human & Dinosaur Footprints. Footprints of dinosaurs, humans and other mammals coexist in the same fossil layers in Texas and New Mexico.

Native American Petroglyphs. Cave and cliff drawings in Utah and Colorado crudely depict certain dinosaur species (dated from 400 A.D. to 1300 A.D.).

Ica Stones. Ceremonial burial stones discovered in Ica, Peru depict numerous species of dinosaurs, some in activities with man (dated from 500 A.D. to 1500 A.D.).

Acambaro Figurines. Ceramic and stone figurines discovered in Acambaro, Mexico represent many species of dinosaurs (dated from 800 B.C. to 200 A.D.).

Dragon Accounts. China, Europe and the Middle East share similar accounts of “dragons” and other beasts. Some cultures revered these creatures. For instance, records of Marco Polo in China show that the royal house kept dragons for ceremonies. In other cultures, it was a great honor to kill these beasts. There are numerous records of warriors killing great beasts in order to establish credibility in a village.

Behemoth, Leviathan and the Dragons of the Bible. Job writes of great creatures, Behemoth and Leviathan, nearly 4000 years ago. Although more recent Bible translations use elephant, hippo or crocodile instead, the original Hebrew does not allow for these interpretations. The word “dragon” (Hebrew: tannin) is used numerous times in the Old Testament, and most directly translates as “sea or land monsters.”

Gilgamesh, Fafnir, Beowulf and other Legends. Many famous legends, including the mythology of Egypt, Greece and Rome, include specific descriptions of dragons and other dinosaur-like creatures.

Dragons in Ancient Art. Dinosaur-like creatures are featured on Babylonian landmarks, Roman mosaics, Egyptian burial shrouds, and many other pieces of art throughout the ancient world.

I am a full believer in the Bible and I base my life on it. In Genesis I want you to see something.

(Genesis 1:1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

(Genesis 1:2) And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Verse 1 God creates the heavens and the earth. In verse 2 the earth is in devestation. Something happened to it between the recording of the two verses. Scholars believe that this explains the age of the earth and other questions like the dinasaurs. The time between the two events in 1 and 2 could have been millions of years.

I am not jealous, why should I be?

God made humans in his own image, not dinosaurs. As a Christian but also as one who acknowledges Evolution as a fact, I know that humans are in God's image, not Neanderthal man, not dinosaurs and not microorganisms.
