Finally, someone agrees with me about country music! Depression can have a physical cause: clinical depression or it can be caused by circumstances in one's life.

Country music doesn't cause depression.its caused by a chemical inbalance. Music is good for the soul no matter what kind.

Sad movies, Holidays, and dwelling on sad things in your life......Try to make the best of things. Don't dwell on them. Keep a more positive, better outlook. And think of good and happy things in your life.....Try to avoid those sad situations. If you are depressed, seek counseling and at the time of sadness...Remember good things, talk with friends about it. Don't sit alone...There must be someone. Even if its a minister or relative...Or even your pet. It will get better. Talking to my dog does wonders....I know she is listening and somehow it feels good, just talking to her.
