make some stuffing and put them on top and bake

deep fry them

or our favorite is take fresh sliced carrots and celery,place in crock pot along with thighs, add enough water to cover and toss in 3-4 chicken boullions.cook on low 7-8hrs or overnight. we usually put ours on about 1am and they are good to go by 11am. then you can take meat off bone and add it back to ot along with some cooked noodles or rice

I looove turkey thighs. Just bake them in the oven. Sprinkle them with Adobe Seasoning & Black pepper. Cover the dish and bake on 375 for about 40 minutes.

brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt pepper and sage or poultry seasoning...Bake 350 for 45 minutes...Mmmm
