Your work out is great. You should always try to train with someone who is better than you. I run the 200 in 21sec, 800 in 1:55, 400 in 48sec, and the mile in 429. I have praticed almost everyday for three years.
Lots of hills will help you.

The coaching you could have been doing relatively hasn't been orientated towards a speedy four hundred, you could have handiest run at a quicker velocity then your fifty four.6 on four situations and so much of what you do is force paintings and extra geared towards the 800 so I might simply wait and permit the educational take end result. You have not run a four hundred in three years and also you stated it did not believe like a race however like a exercise. You ran a exercise attempt, you get a exercise time. For am increased four hundred and, given the loss of speedwork you ran a well one, you wish to have extra speedy two hundred's. I might have got to see outcome of a 800 race to make a advice there. Good good fortune!

Train with a 400Hurdler and an 800M runner because when you train with these guys, every time you step on the track you're pushing yourself to the limit. When you work on your own, you can train in the comfort zone and you're not really pushing yourself.run a series of 200m reps 2 x 3 x 200m reps with a 3-minute recovery between runs and a 20-minute gap between sets.
Circuits are an important part of any training mix, exercises are implemented on a very short recovery basis, press ups, standing squats, squat thrusts, burpees,

I'm training right now too (not for the jr. olympics though). I kind of got stuck in my routine and didn't see much improvement after a while, so my trainer suggested that I add variety to my running. For example, work on intervals twice a week, long distance twice a week, and strictly sprints other days. This helped me develop my speed because it kept me from getting "stuck" in my routine. Good luck!
