Your math is flawed but the point you are trying to make is good.
Imagine trying to get the parasitic worms, ticks, flukes, not to mention all of the parasitical protozoan--some of which are fatal, even things like the brain devouring beri-beri.

Could the Ark Have Held All the Animals?
It is true that encyclopedias refer to over a million species of animals. But Noah was instructed to preserve only representatives of every “kind” of land animal and flying creature. Some investigators have said that just 43 “kinds” of mammals, 74 “kinds” of birds, and 10 “kinds” of reptiles could have produced the great variety of species of these creatures that are known today. The ark had about 40,000 cu m (1,400,000 cu ft) of usable space—ample for the passenger list

"no real disagreement can exist between the theologian and the scientist provided each keeps within his own limits. . . . If nevertheless there is a disagreement . . . it should be remembered that the sacred writers, or more truly ‘the Spirit of God who spoke through them, did not wish to teach men such truths (as the inner structure of visible objects) which do not help anyone to salvation’; and that, for this reason, rather than trying to provide a scientific exposition of nature, they sometimes describe and treat these matters either in a somewhat figurative language or as the common manner of speech those times required, and indeed still requires nowadays in everyday life, even amongst most learned people" (Leo XIII, Providentissimus Deus 18).
Thats a nice list, but the story of Noah has nothing to do with biology. His "ship" is a foreshadow of the Church, and the waters represent baptism.
It is literalists that are insane, not Christians who accept reason.

The Bible does not state how many species were around in Noah's day nor does the Bible tell us how many animals were loaded onto the ark, which estimates show its gross volume was approx.40,000cu m(1,400,000 cu ft).Internally strengthened by adding two floors, the three decks thus provided gave a total of about 8,900sq m(96,000sq ft) of space.
Not only was Noah able to load the ark with the animals but he also had to collect food to sustain all that life.It was a massive undertaking but you need to keep in mind that he had Jehovah God on his side and nothing is impossible with God.

I think the bible says Two of each, Its no big deal the point made was Noah listened to God and did as he was told, build an ark and save two of each kind of animal, fowls of the air, cattle of everykind, and every creeping thing after his kind, two of every sort, male and female, to keep them alive. I think all up there would have been 60 - 80 kinds.
Noah did as he was told God did the rest.
My bible tells me "Is there anythng too hard for God?

it took noah 40 years to build the ark... if three men today can completely frame a house in less than 7 days it is possible to build it big enough,,, there were noah and his 3 sons along with their wifes and children and the animals were takin on by kinds and not species,,,if you raise dogs and cats ,,we know this the romans special bred most of the dog species we have today,,,and the egyptians the cats,,,,,,,,,,,it is something to think about..............

let us not forget one thing...the bible was written by PEOPLE as stories. just like they write stories today about flying unicorns and kids that can walk into and out of television sets, these are only stories. used as entertainment and collected into one big grouping of beliefs.
just because 'the bible says so' doesnt mean anything. i believe in God. but i know the bible wasnt written by him, and i know it is all just stories.
but for the sake of people's beliefs in evolution...why not say that he only took the animals that existed at the time, and that the rest we know of today, evolved from those species that lived back then? do we really know anything about anything?? no, we dont.

Who told you that? Go back and smack 'em upside the head for filling you full of lies.
Then perhaps you should actually read the story.
