Not about perfection but rather commiting yourself to doing your best.

Do you knowingly commit sins regularly rather than practice avoid it.
E.g. Are you rude to JW who approach you or show unchristian love to others who are not of your faith.
Do you get heated up quickly or get involved in worldly persuits?

Yup, I'm one of those Christians. I really haven't met any Christians that are "Christ-like in all their living and dealings." But, that's not what Christianity is about. We're not going to be perfect, but we're asking God to forgive our sins and shortcomings. And some of us are asking for the grace to live more like Him each day. But, I don't think you'll find too many Christians claiming to be perfect people, without hypocrisy.

I am a Christian.I think I try to act as Christ would. But I am human with all the flaws of the flesh .
People who say they are great perfect Christian are delusional.
We are working toward that goal, but how can we ever be like Christ? He is perfect.
The two commandments Jesus gave us.
Love God with all your heart=is easy.
love one another=harder.
But we press toward that mark.

Eh, I'm atheist but I'm still going to defend folks on this one.
As I understand it, the Bible's commandments and teachings are such that no imperfect human can keep to them all. To be religious is not to be without fault. Fault comes free with membership in the human race. Every member of every church has deviated in some way from their religion's teachings.
I get irked when people think those who share their particular mindset (religion, denomination, etc) have a monopoly on morality and that my atheism makes me less moral. I forfeit my right to be irked at such things if I let your question go by without objection.

Is this a rhetorical question?
I am a Christian bound for heaven. I sin often enough. Can't help it. It's my nature. That's why I cling to Jesus for my salvation. If it were totally up to me, I'd surely mess things up.

I love Jesus, therefore I try to be the best Christian I can, I stumble and fall sometimes, thank God for forgiveness.
The Word of Gods tells us that we all fall short of the glory of God.
But you know, it's nice to know I serve a God that loves me and forgives me.
