Christians please get out in your communities and tell the world. I went to church tonight and that was what it was about. It is our duty to tell people about Jesus. This may get deleted but just telling them one time may help. We are supposed to love everyone but if we ignore and not tell people, we are doing them a great unjustice. Please don't flag this. I mean no harm. I just want to be heard and tell of Jesus and how he died for you. Please just think about it.

I do get off my lazy butt and do something. I tell the word of Jesus all the time. I knew I would get put down on this subject, but this is a religion and spirituality page. And I did ask a question, I asked the christians to do their duty. If you don't like what I say, go on and don't read it but don't treat me like trash. I know this is a sore subject but it needs to be reminded to christians. But don't worry, I only tell it once or twice and then I put it in God's hands. You have free will, choose the way you want. Just know that christians try to love not argue.

I agree with your approach! jesus said that we were to preach it but he didn't say we had to make them listen. To all those who knocked you for your attempts to get the message across, the Bible states that "the preaching of the cross is foolishness to them that perish" these are those who have a desperate need and don't realise it and many never will. Keep up the good work because great will be your reward in heaven.

That is so wonderful. Yes, Jesus does want us to spread the Word.

For Bula: The verses you have put up are verses that Jesus spake using a parable. It wasn't something that Jesus was saying. It was a short story He was telling and those were words from the nobleman in the story.

God Bless you all :-)

we are required to tell of our own experiences
john 3;11 by that of which we know ,and testify that we have seen'.
its a faith best demonstrated by our deeds,
recall ye, thou i walk through the valley of death ,yea i shall fear no evil
god and his son give us heart to enjure
to fear nothing ,
many get warning letters but as far as i can tell they just come right back with a new id
so the worst that can happen is you log in again
its not a thing to be feared, only respected,

especially with god and jesus behind you you should be more brave
not foolish ,some knowing this power get carried away and abuse that power
but witness our grace by revealing to others the same grace, and fearlesness ,into the knowing of the truth jesus revealed to you
we are all saved ,thus cast no stones ,

.we all get the same god given grace ,give people heart in your witness of love ,unconditionally and non judging ie
dont just address the sinners but the saved alike ,to presume someone in sin is not worthy of one saved
live your faith ,in truth and good will [love]

you can bet that jesus threw or saw thrown the seed on stoney ground ,that our christ was that one left for dead that was saved by his mortal enimy ,

the best testimony is not a judgement but turning a heart that loves to sin to find the higher passions of simply doing good ,to fearlessly do the right thing
with passion and fearlesness. ,proving we truelly love god and all his creation.

That is the difference between your Christianity and mine, I do not witness out of a sense of duty. I witness out of a sense of joy. Yours lends itself to being works-oriented, and I've believe that God does the work, I just witness because I want to.

Here’s what I don’t get: Why do you post on Y!A and not ask questions? What is the point? If you want to “spread the word” there are plenty of message boards and chat rooms out there. It doesn’t make any sense.

And if you were REALLY serious, you would get off your lazy butt and actually leave your home and do it face to face.

Good Job. Keep up the good work. You and I both know that no matter what, "Every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord"!

Actually, do the rest of the world a favor and stop telling us about jesus. Yeah, we know who he is. We don't need you to tell us. We aren't stupid or deaf. Stop saying the same things over and over. We get it. Give it a rest. If we aren't into your mythology now, what makes you think we are going to be into it tomorrow? Are you god's used car salesmen? Do you think if you pester us enough we will cave in?
AGAIN, I SAY - ENOUGH.

Does someone who has never heard of Jesus go to hell for not believing in what they have never heard of?

pretty dang mean and nasty god you got there!

Now, picture this....
Say this god is a decent guy, and gives people a chance to believe in Jesus once they die, if they have never heard of him. great! Now, you go out, find this mystery guy who somehow in thei Jesus soaked society has never managed to hear of Jesus before... now his eternal soul is balanced on your ability to sell a myth. He had a better chance not knowing, rather than your pathetic attempt at selling him this story.

Your poor salesmanship is responsible for sending to hell every person you tried to convert. hope you are proud of yourself.

Either that, or your god is a prety nasty and hateful guy for sending people to hell who have never heard of him.
