Yes, Reiki CAN definitely cure all kinds of ailments. But there are never any guarantees, because Reiki always does only what is destined and best for the person. Also, the person receiving the energy has to be receptive and not reject the energy.
I know of many cases where reiki has cured ailments ranging from common colds to arthritis

I think that anyone can heal but their heart has to be in the right place in order for a healing to take place. I believe that God can heal anyone, at anytime. I think that certain people don't receive the healing, not intentionally but through their own hearts. Perhaps not letting go of past hurts, unforgiveness, etc can block a person's full recovery. Most illnesses, not all, are all associated with the mind/body connection. A very strong connection. An imbalance in that connection can bring on disease. So if a person truly changes their mindset, which probably caused the illness in some way, by lowering their immune system, it can also fight the disease by changing the negative mindset.

It depends upon which stage it was originally diagnosed at. Once cancer has begun to metastasis to other parts of the body (in the later stages beyond the lymph nodes) then the cancer is not cured, but treatable. From what I have read in all the books I have on the subject. If cancer is found early in stages 1 and 2 there is a higher probability that it will not come back in the future. You are right in your last paragraph. My wife is fighting breast cancer in stage 2 B. After her mastectomy we found that the cancer was still in her breast but at the size of a small grain of rice. (before it was the size of a fifty-cent piece). And one of her lymph nodes had cancer in it the size of a large grain of rice. After more chemotherapy and radiation our hope is that it will be forever gone. The cancer "cure" is very hard to go through, you would think with all our modern technology it would be easier.

No. You can't.
A good friend who is a practitioner (and minister) tried it with my son and despite her treatments he went on to have stage IV abdominal cancer. Ironically, both our children were best friends and when she was first learning the skills of reiki she often practiced the craft on the two boys. Although I think it feels pretty good, I have never seen anyone 'cured' of any cancer by using Reiki.
Relaxing though, we used to have reiki practitioners come around to each hospital room and offer their service for free. They'd do patients and caregivers too. ;-)

U acn't cure people by reiki, yes its true that U can get relief and slow the process by controling eating habbits, mind, and meditation. Reiki and other things can not cure completely, can it?

Instead of experimenting with Reiki, I would suggest to drink Goji Berry or NOni herbal fruit juice which have cancer fighting quality.
