i am a christian don't get me wrong. just alot of my fellow believers keep forgetting that just cause they believe they are right doesn't make everyone else wrong. also to all of you christains out there, stop pushing it on other religions, you are making it worse. you make me sick of you and i am a christian. relax chill out and just keep your mouth shut till you remember they are humans just like us, and some of them are nicer... well maybe most.

to be fair to them, i think they are aware that there are other religions out there too. it's only the bible-fundamentalists who think they are always in the right.

Why do many Christians believe they are the only religion out there? I guess because they are taught that they are the one true faith. And because if anyone isn't with them, they must be against them. Hence enemies of there God. Normally you find the fundamentalists like this more so than the majority of Christians.
I wanted to say Thank you for standing up as a Christian, showing yourself And showing others that might not realise that some Christians can be loving and kind to other faiths and beliefs. And people in general.
Its a lovely change from the attacks.

True, many so-called Christians give Christianity a bad name. If you are a Christian then of course you believe that other religions are incorrect. Believing that and pushing it into someones face are two different things. We can have constructive dialogs with those of other religions without endorsing them as equally valid.

Wow...nice question. I agree with you that most of the "Christians" on Yahoo! Answers are pretty fundamental and often obnoxious. But, you just wrote that Christians, "keep forgetting that just because they believe they are right doesn't make everyone else wrong." Um...that doesn't make much sense. How can you and those that disagree with you also be right? Logic demands that someone be right and someone be wrong.

Thank you! I am a pagan and I know the pure hatred I get from others of your religion of so called 'brotherly love and compassion' have so much hatred. I guess they think those principles only apply to those like them. Pagans are the most peacefull religion out there, when have we fought wars? Yeah lol. thanks though, great point.

We are not the only religion or the only belief system. . but Jesus Christ is the Way the truth and the life and the only way to the Father and if you don't believe that I question whether you are a Christian are not. I do respect and love people who are not Christians. My best friend is Jewish and many of my closest friends are not believers.
