all you need to do is lots and lots of cardio! ie.. running, jogging, walking, swiming, cycling. Do any of these things 5 days a week for 30 minutes each day and you will lose weight, also switch to non fat milk, and low fat, low calorie foods, and you can and WILL drop those pounds, but you just have to want it bad enough to do the work! also no junk food allowed and if you don't know how many calories or fat are in something than don't eat it!

There are a few ways to loose wait. Some simple things you can do are more exercise and drink tons of water. If you are a little more serious I would simply not eat lunch or any snacks, just dinner and breakfast. Next as stated before drink as much water as you think you possibly can, but spread it out evenly over your day. And of course there is excercise. I would say either waslk for 1 and a half hours a day, jog for 30 to 45 minutes a day, or do a hard sprint for ten to fifteen minutes a day depending on your stamina and physical shape.

I signed up for the Body By Glamour program last summer and I lost 10 pounds! It's a 3 month program with 3 different work out routines, eating tips, a diet and exercise log and forums. It's free too. I think you'll like it. It helped motivate me to get in shape.

Join an excercise club and take meal replacement powder with juice or water and fruit in a blender and have that for your supper. breakfast one bowl of cereral, lunch just a salad. I would bet that you could lose about 5lbs every week and a half and keep the weight off. Good Luck

Sorry to assist you to recognize this, yet that fee isnt going to stay. You reported you have been doing cardio, yet maximum if not each and all of the burden you lost replace into water weight. notwithstanding in case you do cardio, you arent burning sufficient energy to lose a million.4 pounds of fat (or approximately 5500 energy) in one day. shop up the sturdy paintings yet do not quickly, you actual lose extra weight once you devour slightly something even notwithstanding if that's not lots. sturdy success

well, the best thing for you would be to avoid dairy and sweets including soda that have fake sugars in them, like equal, splenda, xylitol, nutra-sweet, ect. if you are going to drink soda have non-diet soda in the morning. all the dairy you eat, substitute for organic soy products.

most important thing is exercise. go to wal-mart and get one of those 1.98 plastic balls from the toy department, you know, they are about 12 inches across. put the ball under your bum and do crunches. that way you are working all of your abdominal muscles.

aside from that, you may not lose actual poundage right away, but you will feel great and you WILL go down in sizes. have some fun!

go to the gym and use an eliptical (because its better for your knees) if you haven't been working out on a daily basis you need to start slow..(a week/two)and work yourself up to a good workout (45 minutes) otherwise you may hurt yourself.. you also need to lift light weights...lifting burns more calories because your body is having to work to repair the muscles. *sit-ups also work* make sure you're drinking tons of water!! dont lose "water weight"and after a while you will need to switch up what lifts you do (if you choose to) so you're body can get different ways of working out.

you can do it! good luck!

Many good diet's out there, but not knowing your body type, and how well your body Burns calories, you really can't give advice.
Except one thing, starving yourself is the worst thing to do, your body needs energy, lots of protein to burn fat, so eating properly will promote weight loss, and i walked a lot, lost much weight.
