What was it so much you wanted when you were a little girl, but you couldn't get it because you were too young? When you reach the adult age you finally achieve it. I wanted to know more about this God, and His son Jesus Christ, and of course the Holy Ghost. I was a devoted RC I thought my passion have ended there, but it wasn't until I began to investigate certain issue that was of men's creations, not the truth of God.

The churches are the brain wash people. The Holy Bible is the truth of our lives. Many non-christian don't accept God because of the churches in our world, because non-believers thinks the church can save, and they see they faulty of it. People don't accept God. God is punished because of what the church have fail to preach the word.

Stop putting faith in men, put your faith in God by reading the Bible. When the Holy Spirit comes to you, you will know the truth.
Give yourself a chance to at least know if there a mighty spiritual loving being among us.

Didn't you take the chance to learn ride a bike? to drive a car? to wear make up? to open a checking account? etc...

Start your own investigation into the Bible.

I know that some people do post in the Religion & Spirituality section because they wish to convert other people of differing views over to their team.

On the other hand many of the rest of us are just here to share and learn. We don't really want to be converted, and probably won't be. Since I suspect that is most of us, it makes all the proselytizing seem like a lot of effort for little gain to me. :-)

I post on many christian sites. the reason i do so is becouse it is my duty as a rational person to stand up in the face of corrupt religion. I don't care if you are religious or if you are an ahteist. If you happen to be religious just don't go around preaching it to people that don't want to hear about it. Stop trying to pass laws that are wound up in your religious dogma. Keep your religion out of the public schools. I don't care what it is that you want to believe, as far as i care you can waist your time on anything you wish. When i go to bed at night i want to feel comfortable knowing that nobody tomorow is going to opress me becouse of their religion. Keep all religion out of the public sector and no tax dollars should go to any church or religious org. NO faith based laws or faith based grants or gifts from the tax dollars of all working americans. No discrimination against people of no religious faith. so i will keep posting about religion and the damage it does. to warn people of the lie religion is telling you in order to controll you.

For starters, I'm quite happy with my life. Second, if you really wanted to help someone, I'd back off on the name-calling. Why can't all of you "intellectuals" back off and realize that we've made a choice just like you all have when it comes to our belief systems? You go your way, I'll go mine. I'm not here to force-feed anyone Christianity. I'll answer any questions you have, but I can't make you accept Christ- maybe you should stop trying to force us into your "beliefs".

I don't follow any organized religion, I enjoy making my own life's spiritual journey.

I resent anyone, Christian, Atheist, or whatever else, telling me that there is something wrong with me if I don't share their beliefs. I would rather talk with someone who is tolerant but different from me, than someone who is intolerant but the same as me; I can learn from the former, but not from the latter.

I believe atheists are sincere and have every right to post here in fact are welcome too. After all, true debate can never really weaken anyone's faith. On either side. My question is what better life are you proposing to offer?

That was funny. This is not a Christian section though. Religion and spirituality covers all religions and spiritual paths.

But we don't want your help. We already tried sin..already been there and done that. We already tasted your way of life and it made us vomit. And then Christ invaded our lives and delivered us from death, drugs, alcohol, and everything else that you can imagine. Some didn't need much deliverance but some needed very much. He GAVE US LIFE ...AGAIN! ....HALLELUJAH!!!!!!.... We're no longer dead bones like you guys but we are alive in Christ Jesus! PEACE!!!
