Well I guess so if you live in Santa Ana California. Its quite popular for the illegals to hang a goat by its legs and slit its throat. Streets are shut down for mass butchary, dozens of animals are screaming and bleeding in front of other poeples homes. Could it possibly be that just mabey, thats not acceptable or just another lack of tolerance by the racists...?

Of course one of the biggest problems with this is one of health concerns. That will not be addressed by the pro-criminals because they will say it is the culture so it's OK. It is also the culture in most Muslim countries to beat the women if they don't obey the men, I guess we should adopt, or at least allow that custom. What about the custom in Mexico to steal anything that isn't bolted down? Never mind, we are already allowing that custom. Why don't we ever hear from the pro-criminals that it is the custom of people from Mexico to impregnate 12 and 13 year old girls? Should we adopt that custom?
Yeah, the, "it's their custom BS is just that, BS". If they want to butcher goats in their back yard then they should own the back yard......in Mexico.

To a few of the people on this site that are suggesting this is being made up, not really happening . I'm here to tell you its true. Last year we were in Houston, Texas to visit our daughter. We went to a ball game with her. We decided to leave early and as we were walking into the parking lot, we could hear this terrible pathetic crying sound. We followed it to a pickup parked in the lot. Here in the back of the pickup was a baby goat lying in the heat (105 degrees that day) with its legs bound together. It was a horrible thing to witness. We called the police and waited for them to come. When they got their ,here is what they said,"oh, it probally belongs to some Mexicans at the game, they are probally going to have a party when the game is over. They slit their throats and have a barbecue." We were so sad,this animal left to lay tied in the back of a damn pickup, in this horrendous heat. The police waited till the Mexican owner showed up, told him he really should be a little more humane. End of story.
They can keep there rituals in Mexico, don't bring that crap here and expect us to adapt to it.

I think thats up the City. I grew up in an rural area we slaughtered animals in our yard all the time. It put meat on the table. But raising and slaughtering animals in a crowded city sounds like a bad idea to me.

no they should not be doing that. wait till they start slaughtering chickens. we'll have the bird flu here next. if they can get away with that then we should be able to kill dogs or cats that come in to are yards and tear into are personal belonging's. what the helll is going on in this country. we americans need to run their assses out and back to mexico. we don't live like animals or pigs. we need to boycott are wonderful president with all the mess going on here. we're not looking only at a 3rd world country. we're looking at the middle ages where people don't know how to act like humans.

It's what they do in their culture and the democrats feel they shouldn't be able to practice their culture and not conform to American ideals. That's what makes the "racists" so angry. That they have to deal with what the illegals bring with them. If the illegals would integrate into our society they wouldn't be so looked down upon....but NOOOOOO, they have to create crime to get by, graffiti our walls and kill goats in the streets. There are laws providing for slaugther of animals in the community. Thus, when the butchery is made somewhere else, a complaint can be validly filed due to sanitary purposes.

No, this should not be allowed unless you live in a rural farming area. The city should have laws about this and this should be reported to the health department when it is seen to be happening.

Here in the midwest a similar thing occurs with deer. The only thing that is concerning to me would be contaminating the water in the ground.

im not judgemental of the beliefs n whatnot, but it is elegal to butcher an animal w/o permits and sanitary envirorments even if its to be eaten by yourself, but most ppl arnt ever brought up on charges unless someone files a complaint
