I need guidence andhelp with my marrage. My wife had her mother die 8 months ago. For the last 4 months my wife, who is bi-polar, says that she is bisexual. and is on the net search for a lover. She spend her nights cybering with strangers. I have told her of my displeasure over this, but she says he is confused and doesn't mean to hurt me. But she does. As a christian, what should do I do? When we wed, she was a christian, but since her mom's death, she has turned. I figure that I tell i love her still and she has the free will do do what she wants and let the holy spirit covict her. I pray daily and even more often over this

I don't know if you are serious or not...but I will go on the assumption that you are.

If your wife is bi-polar I hope she is getting medical help. She needs to be on meds NOW! She sounds like she is manic at this point and she WILL crash. And when she does she may be very suicidal. When bi-polar people go thru a manic phase excessive sex is one of the symptoms. They will actively seek out sex online or even in person. And when she crashes and if she feels guilty because of it, that may make the depressive state even worse. PLEASE...get her some help...NOW.

Other symptoms are excessive spending, lack of need for sleep, racing thoughts, constant talking, grandiose thoughts, feelings like you can't do anything wrong.

Dont you have a spiritual elder you can talk with?
The wedding vow is a serious and binding agreement in the eyes of Jehovah God.I am sorry to hear that your wife has left her Bible trained conscience to follow immortal pursuits.Maybe she is just disillusioned since the death of her mother and does not know where to turn.Does she know that God is not responsible for her mothers death, unlike what some religious leaders teach?Knowing and understanding Bible truth may help her realise that the path she is starting to follow is not the answer to her despair.Holy Spirit will not operate on her because of her bad choices. She does need your support but as a Christian you should not condone her immoral behaviour. Why not shut the computer down.

You wife needs to get some medical attention if she is bi-polar. She needs help. This could be the reason she thinking she is bisexual. You are doing the right thing, and continue to pray for her. God can use doctors to help her. She is most likely grieving the loss of her mom too which can escalate the bi-polar symptoms as well. By the way, the one that said that bi-polar is Satan, do not necessarily buy into that. God can use drs, to heal her with this. Christians are not immune to illness. God bless you and I will pray for you and your wife as well.

There's no shame in seeking a doctor's help on this. You wife may be helped with medicine. You are doing exactly the right thing; you are praying. Don't give up; God is faithful.
