it's a lame joke about how mexicans laugh.

instead of hehehe...it's jejeje because mexicans pronounce j's as h's.

According to the Urban Dictionay it has 3 meanings:

1. jejeje

Similar to hehehe but more like a naughty chuckle coming from the back of your throat. For instance, used while plotting an evil plan.

I'm going to make that guy look like such a jerk...jejeje

2. jejeje

In a big place by the name of cyberland.. hehehe is also known as jejeje. the H's are replaced by J's.
eg: hehehe = jejeje.
jejeje is used when you laugh.

"omg! my sister forted" jejeje

3. When a guitarist palm mutes the strings and plays some notes (usually an open E)

It is pronounced as je-je-je-je-je- and ended with Jennn..

Heavy metal dudes would know what this is.

Was it written by someone who speaks Spanish? They might mean: heh heh heh. In Spanish the "j" has an "h" sound.
