I have installed it and the shortcut shows up on the screen but when i double click it it wont come up.
Please help.

did it install java
you have to have this to run it and limewire will do this on the install
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
to find ifyou have it go to start/control panel
java will have an icon in there.

you probably have a javascript problem but ne ways limewire iz ****** up ne ways soo use sumthin like morpheus or bearshare. dere faster n hell lot safer (mega viruses in limewire)
