All the swans in England are the property of Queen. I couldn't open the website up, but on the search it said, "The current Queen of England (Elizabeth something or other AKA Freddy Mercury) ... All the swans in England are the property of the Queen, and looking at them using... That's all it said but they're has to be more. I'll give you the site anyways because it might work for you.
