Almost any vitamin that they sell will be good for you. You may want to check the label before you buy MegaMan again - you may find that it is not very different than the generic multivitamin sold at WalMart or Target. Well, except the price.

If you eat a balanced diet, your need for a good vitamin will be reduced. And, remember to drink plenty of water to flush out the excess lactic acid from your muscles after a session in the weight room.

If you're a healthy guy with a decent diet, you really won't get any benefit from vitamin supplements, so take a reasonable and inexpensive multivitamin and be happy with your choice.
