I don't really know what samosas are, but to bind wonton wrappers together, use an egg wash. Beat up an egg and add a couple of tablespoons of water to the egg and mix. Take a brush and brush all the sides of the wrapper and the egg wash will act as a sealant, but you will have to pinch the edges together. Hope this works for you.

Rub the edges with a little water and press together. That's how you keep dough for wontons, spring rolls, and piroghis together.

Then secure with toothpicks or small bamboo skewers.

Whenever I make wontons, to seal them I use either a brush of egg whites or a mixture of water and starch. Just brush the edges and pinch to seal.

I'd say use water to hold the edges together then pinch closed... if they start coming apart..use toothpicks.. hope it helps

crack an egg and mix together or just plain water. either one you use just use your finger and wet the edges.
