I am curious that protein supplement we take for doing good and heavy excercise and to feed our muscle so it shows. Like amino, whey protein or etc (Not steroids). Is this protein and protein present in sperm is same?

I mean lot of people says making love X number of time in a day or week is not bad. but i want to know that if person doesnt make love for months, then will he be able to have more proteins in his body by savng from sperm and is that can be use to feed his muscle or not? Please explain me if these two proteins are same or work in eachother place or not? if yes, then why and how? Thanks all.

Good grief, you're obsessing over minutiae. Eat a reasonable diet and you'll break them down into their component amino acids and rebuild them into the proteins you need. You have a gut and a liver to do those things, and the rest is just people trying to sell you something. If you're trying to bulk up, you need to break down some muscle with exercise and build up more for a net gain. The amount of protein involved would be difficult for you to avoid if you're an average American. We have an overabundance of inexpensive protein-rich food in our society.

It's the same, but your body does not consume own sperm, especially when it is still inside your body. excess sperm will go out through wet dreams.
Protein is protein. it's the same. But unless you drink sperm, it will not be digested by your body.
