coffee, cereal w/ 1% milk, pancakes, eggs, apple juice, oatmeal, banana, soup w/ crackers, more milk, water, yogurt, chicken w/ a salad, PBJ, just try some different foods and try to eat well balanced meals with your total fat calories around 20% of your diet. Good luck. . .
