okay so me and my boyfriend broke up a week ago because he was scared of getting hurt. thats why he couldn't be in love. but we promised to wait for each other. now i've sort of gotten over the fact that we were broken up and i started to really like another guy. my ex found out and was pretty pissed about it. but the night before he found out, he was going to come to see me and "patch things up" between us.i didn't know he was going to though. but then he called to ask his parents if he could come to my house and they said no. now i've told him about the other guy and told him that i liked the other guy but was still in love with him and told him that i was also scared to be in love and couldn't put my heart through us breaking up again, . i don't know whether i should get back together with my ex or if i should move on? i also told him i wasn't going to jump into anything soon, so if i changed my mind, i wanted him to still be there.

why dont you and your ex clear things up? if you two really love each other, you must take the risk. love can feel like heaven and cud hurt like hell. To have the rose, u must accept the thorns. and if you have the courage to love, you must have d courage to suffer.
you two can never promise that you will never hurt each other becoz we can never tell what would happen in the future. but at least, you try. love is like a gambling. you must be ready to take the risk.
dont choose the one you LIKE over the one you LOVE, for you might regret it in the future.

you sound about 13 years old. and about as steady as a marble on a tin roof. you break up with your boyfriend a WEEK ago and you promise him to wait for him; that's breaking up? and then within a week you "started to really like another guy".....right. and how you even know your ex-bf's feelings is not clear, but I'll just bet there's a go-between here. so you talk to the ex and tell him all about #2 and oh, but you are still in love with the ex but are scared to be in love (mutually exclusive statements) but that you will not jump into anything soon (excepting "really liking #2 I presume) and want him to hang around in case you change your mind. excuse me while I get sick...
please think about this. it's not fair to expect anyone to hang around in case you change your mind-and all that means is in case #2 doesn't work out, anyway. you know, maybe you should focus on getting better grades for awhile, since you're so highly intelligent, it would be a shame to waste that gift.

you should know first why you need to be away from each other and talk to him seriously because if both of you cant take away the results of what agreement you talk about better be together and keep your love be burning... GOd bless
