he is 19 and when i was in his room the other night and he went to get food and drinks from downstairs,and i found 2 books about getting rid of freckles and a picture of himself where he remastered it airbrushing out his freckles. i love his freckles, he has a lot, but apprently he doesnt like them. should i tell him anything? he never told me he didnt like his freckles and ive told him i like his looks. he has them everywhere, face, arms, shoulders. what should i say or do?

No don't say anything unless he brings it up. Be glad it was something about freckles and something worst.
So u like his freckles and Im sure he likes that u do , but it's something he had and has to live with, maybe growing up he was teased about his freckles and it still bothers him that he has them. So if u say something he may get mad because it's something personal plus u saw something he didn't mean for u to see.
Keep quiet and if he brings it up say u like his freckles and if he wants to try to get rid of them ur behind him( don't mention u saw something)

He might get a bit defensive if you tell him what you saw, but you could just mention one day how you love his freckles or something. I have freckles and i occasionally try something to get rid of them or fade the ones on my face (which never works! but oh well) i suppose eventually i'll give up and accept them!

if he didnt tell you, he doesnt want you to know... and if you love him, youll let him get rid of them, since theyve obviously bothered him for a long period of time. i also think that it was very rude of you to be looking through his stuff anyways.
but as i said, if you want him to be happy, let him be, and let him get the procedure done. he'll still be the same guy, and he'll still have the same heart, and love towards you.
dont be selfish just because you like his freckles. let him be happy in his skin, and if his freckles are in the way of that happening, then, let him get them lazered off. as a girlfriend, be supportive.
but dont bring it up. he will tell you soon enough, when the time is right.

Hint at him that you love his freckles. Don't blatantly say "I saw those books about the freckles...blah blah." That'll make him feel like an idiot. He feels self conscious probably and just Kind of talk about his looks and how you like the freckles. Sort of focus on them when it comes to looks, the more you like them, the more he will.

I wouldn't mention the little fact that you saw that he'd airbrushed his freckles out...i would just tell him often how much you love his freckles and how they make him hot.

That's a good question. Don't tell him that you saw the books, it might really embarrass him. But sometime when you're complimenting him, tell him how much you ADORE his cute freckles. Reassure him that you think it makes him even more handsome. That might change his opinion on his self image.

It depends on whether you want him to be the way you want him to look or whether you want to let him change himself so that he will feel better about himself. Just tell him what you saw and then tell him that you like his freckles but you r willing to support whatever he decides to do. On things like that it is best to just be supportive.

well...some people don't like certain things about themselves..maybe he is insecure about having so many.
sit down with him and tell him you ran across those books and the airbrushed photo...if it was lying around you weren't prying anyways...just ask him about it. if he expresses a desire not to talk about it or says that he wants to get rid of them...just tell him that you love them. but, its really his choice regarding what he wants to do with them.
