Its ovious that this boy likes me. All my friends tell me he does bc well hes always staring at me and talking to me. The only problem is this weekend he was texting me saying "i love you" but he was with some friends and i know that they were just tricking me.. I have heard that boys r shy and that they wont really ask a girl out but if he does like me then why is he messing around with me? also how do I tell this guy that i like him. If he likes me and i like him then shouldnt we be perfect for each other? But where both to shy to tell each other! Help!

God, I love the "it was my friend who said 'he loved you'. " I think chances are it was actually the boy you liked that sent the message that said I love you. I doubt he actually fully meant it, but I think its a sign that he may just like you. Ask hiim to hang out, don't ask him to go on a date or anything. It's hard to tell someone how to tell a guy that they like him because thats exactly what they have to do--you have to tell him. You can't subliminally tell him. Hang out, take a walk, cuddle, slowly let him get the hint.

the boy probably does like you but doesn't know how to express it to you...when you get the opportunity let him know that you are interested by giving him a wink or a little wave when you notice him looking at you...this will encourage him more and more. Later if you get the chance, start up a conversation with him about a neutral subject, not dating or going out..sports or what is going on in school, ect.. and don't be pushy...just give him subtle little hints that his advances are welcome..and let him come over to you...

Well I would say that maybe one day , u should be like hey do u want to have some lunch or dinner, or like invite him to hang out and watch a movie at the theater , something like very casual. You could even invite him to go out and tell him a friend bailed on you or something and that you really want to go out cause your bored. something like that and try to talk to him and slowly go from there and see how he acts around you, but mainly try to talk to him and who knows what can happen....

One thing you could do is get your best friend to keep her mouth shut and get her to give him your number. If he calls you, then you havea chance. But dont put too many people in your business because you dont want things getting screwed up and alot of loud mouths running. Good luck!

smile at him, greet him politely, but don't make it too weird, then start up a conversation. Then make up an excuse to leave so you can meet up again and continue the conversation, then it will lead to more. Hope this helps!

ask the poor guy out and get it over with. make sure that when you are asking him out that he knows it will be just the two of you, and not in a group. NEVER go out with a group.
