this sounds sooooo corny, but from a guys point of view, what does love mean to u, and im not talkin bout what u have read in a book or poem or something.....what do u really think, plz answer honestly!!!

Not corny at all.
When I am with my family, I am happy.
I did read in a book that there is two kinds of love; compassionate and passionate. Passionate is what they show in the movies.
Compassionate comes from being happy just by being with others.
Once a week, I go to the movies with my wife, my son, her sister, my nephew, my niece. I feel amazingly happy. If this is love, it is great.
Once every 2 months, we all get together and go on a 2-3 day mini-vacation. My son invites 3 of his best friends and their mom's come along too. Again I feel amazingly happy. We all love, and laugh together.

Hello Courtney, In my opinion, it is not a corny question. Now to the question. Love, to me it is when you can't live without someone. You can't think straight, you think of her all the time, you would do anything for her, your heart hurts when you are not around her, your heart races when she is around, you can't stop smiling when she is around, you would give anything to keep her happy, you would give your life for her.
I think love means different things to different people. I am 38 now and have had some experiences. I think you will find what you think is love might be different than what I think but neither answer is incorrect.

Puppy love, which is what you feel when everything is new and still fresh, loaded with possibility. it means that YOU feel great about YOU simply when your around them. It means, you get butterfly's in your stomach at the sight of them. You would kill for them.
Real love on the other hand, the kind that lasts is something a little different. But i haven't gotten there yet.

Love means alot of different things, and actually I'd have to say it REALLY depends on how old the guy is. I know as I get older, my views on "love" have changed drastically, although I find I'm still Don Quixote in search of my Dulcinea.

Love is life
we cannot live without love.
Love isn't just about emotion beetwen a person to another person. Love is everything, when you're doing something it must be done with love, you wouldn't do something that you hate right...?
Cooking, for small example, if you doing it without love, trust me, the dishes will taste or looked like piece of trash.

It means that you have someone that knows everything about you. Not someone that forgets how to spell your name or forgets your date of birth or doesn't pay attention to you or just doesn't give you the full attention that you feel like you deserve. You always want to be with him or her no matter what both of you are doing. Laughing together and just having fun. Someone who pays attention to the little things as well as the big things.
