Ok, so there isn't much detail in the situation yet what I'm getting from it is that your sister calls and chats with your boyfriend, right?
NO WAY!! wrong idea for your sister. This guy is your b/f not hers. I realize you say WHEN SHES DRUNK she calls yet it is still unacceptable.
Try talking it over with her when she is sobered from unconcious mistakes.
Be honest and definitly let her know it's NOT OK!!

Hell no. That's not ok. Will you do the same to her boyfriend? That's wrong unless both of them have a mutual understanding otherwise something's fishy goin on that your not aware of. Later on she might end up with your boyfriend and your left with an odd question to your head. Tell your boyfriend not to take her calls if he can't then that's it. Some things are left unsaid. But you should have seen the signs first before it ended up more deeper understanding between the two of them.

No and no! You better find out if somethings going on between them. How did she get his ph#? Why would she be calling him and why would he be talking to her? Sounds very strange to me. I would put a stop to it.
Other advice:
I LEARNED a long time ago. NEVER, I mean NEVER tell your girlfriends how good your boyfriend is in the sack because the next thing you know she will be trying it on for size. Happened to me until I shut my mouth. No one needs to know about that anyway. Trust me! Take this to the bank.

u tell me why does anyone call someone only when they r drunk. it makes it easier to find out if they would mess around with them. and she would have an excuse "oh i was drunk"
