first of all, crunches don't get rid of that belly fat covering the abdominals. In order to lose body fat, one most decrease caloric intake while increasing cardio (increasing cardio & weight lifting increase heart rate = lose fat).

NO NO NO trust me if there was I would be on them. ONLY WAY to get rid of belly fat is by doing cardio. if you have the time I would start with 3 days a week for as many minutes as you can to start. Even if you can only walk for 20, or jog for 10, then work your way up to 30 minutes 3-5 days a week, and honey your waist will whittle away! I started in November with a 28 inch waist, and now after jogging for 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, I have a 24.5 inch waist!! No diet pills, just good old cardio and weight training and eating healthy low fat food. Good luck! Oh and you can not spot treat, so even if you do 1,000 crunches a day, if you do not lose that layer of body fat covering your abdominal muscles you will never see that gorgeous 6 pack you have.

Try cutting back on what you eat. MODERATION! Cut back on softdrinks and fast food. Also, try doing crunches and sit ups. This will help your lower stomach. To get leg muscles, try lifting leg weights, or riding a bike uphill. Running or jogging a 2 miles a day will drop wieght fast if you don't put it back right after by havinga feast at McDonalds. Again, the key is excercise and moderation of what you eat. Instead of havig chips for a snack, try an apple. With a balanced healthy meal and suffienct exercise, you will be fine. Lift weights if you fell you want to tone your muslces.

This is a tried & trusted method for losing belly fat...
Eat every 3 hours, on the hour.
Eat small meals.
Example: brekkie @ 7am ( never miss this)
snack @ 10 am
lunch@ 1pm
snack @ 4pm
dinner @ 7pm, & no later !
Snacks would be fruit, health biscuits, muffin, nuts.

exercise is the best way of losing weight. other than that is control your diet (easier said than done.. lol..).. the other way is by detoxing..

despite popular belief crunches do not rid the abdominals of fat. exercise does not have a localized effect on fat loss (lipolysis).
diet and exercise is how you get a slim and trim abdominal region. great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym...

Yeah i havent found any pills that work..the best way to loose weight..which SUCKS i actual diet and excersize..watch the calories have the proper amount for your heigh..talk to a dietision idk if i spelt that right..i lost 30 lbs just from that inabout 2 months..work hard it will pay off
